Android 4.2 Features and Screenshots
Google has just announced the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean along with two new Nexus devices – LG Nexus 4 smartphone and Samsung Nexus 10 tablet. Android 4.2 brings a lot of new features, it makes your life easier than before, it’s pretty easy to understand, of course it’s simple but looks stunning.
Photosphere
Photosphere is a new feature in Android 4.2 that lets you capture 360° spherical photos, it provide Google Maps street view-like result, you have option to share your sphere photos with your friends and family via Google+ even on Google Maps.
Gesture Typing
Android 4.2comes with swpey-like typing support, it’s pretty easy to use, simpley slide your finger on letters in a word and this app will show you what you want to type, it makes typing on smartphones and tablets easier even you can finish the sentence by suggesting words. Newer version also improved the voice typing and dictionaries.
Multi-User Support
Multi-user support has already been leaked a few days ago, now you’re able to login with different accounts on your Android smartphones and tablets even can customize your account setting, Android 4.2 save individual game save data or high score data separately for each user.
Wireless Sharing
Android 4.2 features Miracast that lets you to share your display on other screens through Wi-Fi such as TV, it’s useful to make fun by streaming videos and images on TV.
Daydream
Daydream lets you to view a random information in a proper manner about your Android device.
New Widget Customization
Android 4.2 makes the customization of widgets easier than before, when you put any widget, other widgets will reposition automatically to place the widget in a proper place.
Improved Apps
Android 4.2 has also improved a lot of apps such as the Google Now app that was released with Android 4.1, now Google Now search speaks back, it now says “ask anything from me”. It also improved Android Beam, now you’re able to easily share your content via NFC. There are a lot of other improved apps, it brings a smooth UI and make performance faster.
