All-In-One Toolkit for HTC One V, Easily Unlock Bootlloader, Root, Install Custom Recovery and More
HTC One V comes up with great features and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Since the smartphone is running Android operating system, it can easily be customized like you can remove pre-installed apps, apply hacks, install tweaks & mods, etc, but to do all first as usual, you’ll have to unlock the device, and root. However it’s bit tricky, so we need an easy way.
A recognized XDA developer member hasoon2000 has made an easy to use all-in-one toolkit for different HTC smartphones and now the tool kit is also available for HTC One V, you need to use different tools, command prompt or any other thing to unlock bootloader and root, this toolkit allows you to do it in one click.
This toolkit allows you unlock the bootloader of your device, root the device, install ClockworkMod recovery, revert back to stock recovery and more. So let’s read how to use this toolkit. Please note that rooting and bootloader unlocking will void the warranty of your device, so think carefully before you proceed.
Before you do anything first be sure to charge the battery of your device and then make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps. Keep in mind that you’ll need a Windows PC for this toolkit.
