ClockworkMod 6.0 Touch Recovery available for Galaxy R [How-To]
Not a while ago, TWRP Recovery updated to the version 2.2 with many new features and bugs fixes like you can take backup fast and rename backup too, on the other hand, TWRP’s competitor, most popular ClockworkMod (CWM) recovery has also been updated to the version 6.0. Now it’s more easy to install .zip files and taking nandroid backups. A guy over XDA, Adam77Root, has ported the CWM ClockworkMod Touch Recovery 6.0 to Samsung Galaxy R.
Take a look on below guide to install ClockworkMod Touch recovery 6.0 on Galaxy R but first make sure that an older version of ClockworkMod is installed on your device and make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Step #1: Download the latest version of ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0 from here [download from attachments] to PC.
Step #2: Copy the downloaded .zip file to internal SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off and reboot the device into recovery mode by holding volume up, home and power buttons.
Step #4: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #5: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
