No date now, but when Google released the Jelly Bean hardworking developers started work on the Jelly Bean to provide its goodies for other devices, firstly a XDA developer released Jelly Bean wallpapers then an unofficial Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ROM released for HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S3 and now also available for the Samsung Galaxy S2.

Thanks to XDA developer member LastStandingDroid, the ROM is ported from the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OTA update and it based on modified CM9 Kernel, the ROM brings a new experience on your Samsung Galaxy S2 but one thing do keep in mind that the ROM is still in development stage, which means it has some bugs, lots of things are working fine but some basic features aren’t working now such as Wifi, Bluetooth, Camera, Google Search, Audio, Logcat and might be more.

The ROM isn’t ready for the daily use and I would like to say here, don’t flash this ROM because the risk if involved now but if you really want to taste the latest Google’s mobile operating system Android 4.1, you can follow the below guide to install this unofficial Jelly Bean on your Samsung Galaxy S2.
