Get CyanogenMod 10 on Transformer TF300T, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ROM
Finally the CyanogenMod 10 has been released for the ASUS Transformer TF300T, an unofficial CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) build is now available that based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The ROM gives you completely stock Android Jelly Bean experience, thanks to XDA developer member loganmc10. The ROM is still in early stages and not ready for the daily use, consider it just CyanogenMod 10 preview.
Read on how to install CyanogenMod 10 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on Transformer TF300T, bootloader of your tablet must be unlocked and ClockworkMod recovery also must be installed on the device, you can unlock bootloader officially here and install ClockworkMod recovery by following our this guide. USB device drivers should be installed on PC, download them from here. Make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the latest version of ROM from here [XDA] and Google Apps from here.
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded files to the internal SD card of device.
Step #3: Download Fastboot package to your PC.
Step #4: Unzip the downloaded fastboot package .zip file into C:\, you’ll get a fastboot folder containing four files, then unzip the ROM .zip file that downloaded in first step and get boot.img file, then copy the boot.img file into fastboot folder and now you have five files.
Step #5: Turn the device off.
Step #6: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume down and power buttons until you see a message on the device, then press the volume up button and it will take you to recovery mode.
Step #7: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #8: Perform full wipe, first select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen.
Step #9: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded ROM .zip file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #10: Repeat the step 9 to install Google Apps package .zip file.
Step #11: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “power off.” It will power off your tablet.
Step #12: Reboot tablet by holding down volume down and power buttons until a message appear on the tablet, don’t press volume up now, just after five seconds press volume down again, it will highlight USB menu, then press the volume up immediately and it will take you to fastboot mode.
Step #13: In fastboot mode plug the tablet to PC using USB cable.
Step #14: Open command prompt on the PC.
Step #15: Enter following command to command prompt to enter in fastoot folder:
cd c:\Fastboot
Step #16: Enter another following command, it will show the serial number of tablet, which means the tablet is connect with PC:
fastboot devices
Step #17: Enter following command to flash boot.img:
fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash boot boot.img
Once the img is installed, it will show a message finished/OKAY.
Step #8: Enter following command to reboot the tablet:
fastboot -i 0x0B05 reboot
