Get Rid of Galaxy S3 I9300 Capacitive Buttons Running CyanogenMod 10
When Google released Honeycomb, it removed physical and capacitive navigation buttons and adds onscreen buttons like on Galaxy Nexus but the Samsung Galaxy S3 still comes with physical or capacitive buttons. A recognized XDA developer member graffixnyc has get a solution for the Galaxy S3 running CyanogenMod 10. He has developed a MOD that will disable the capacitive buttons, remap the menu button to home button that is enabled but just to wake the smartphone. There’s also a version that disable all buttons.
So if you don’t like to use physical keys, just install the MOD on your Galaxy S3 and get rid of these buttons but your Galaxy S3 must be on CyanogenMod 10 (CM10), be sure to follow our this guide to install CM10 on the Galaxy S3. Then follow below guide to install the MOD.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the latest version of MOD from here [XDA LINK], download first MOD if you want to disable all buttons, or download second MOD if you want to yse home button to wake button.
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded file to SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down by holding down volume down, home and power buttons until the screen turn on.
Step #5: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything goes wrong, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #6: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #7: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
