How to Fix Online Video Buffering Bug on HTC EVO 4G LTE

Instructions
Step #1: Call to Sprint and get MSL code (Note: They may ask the reason from you, you can tell them that you want to do a master reset using dialer to fix a bug), if they don’t tell, download and install MSL Reader app from here.
Step #2: Dial ##3282#.
Step #3: Select “edit mode” enter in password (MSL code).
Step #4: Tap on “advanced” (Note: Be careful what you edit this whole menu may mess up radio service big time if not careful).
Step #5: Tap on “RTSP/HTTP Setting”
Step #6: Now to fix Netflix and other video apps, leave the RSTP proxy where it is and select a new RSTP proxy port around the 554 default is my suggestion. The developer suggests 555.
You’re done, now go back and reboot the phone.
