How To Improve Battery life on Galaxy S3 GT-I9300
Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with awesome brightness but don’t have better brightness setting, that’s the reason, a senior XDA developer member mattiadj has developed a new tweak for many fixes for the settings to make it bit more logical. The custom setting will allow you to improve the battery life of your Galaxy S3, with this tweak, you can keep the screen at low levels. The Galaxy Note setting is also brighter at low level and the developer also put this setting to make the SAMOLED look more stunning. There are two versions of brightness tweak, first is bestScreen that give better result, on the other hand, second one has Galaxy Note values that make values wonderful.
Follow the below guide to install this tweak, do keep in mind that your device must be rooted, ClockworkMod recovery must be installed on your Galaxy S3, be sure to follow our this guide to install ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0. You can also follow CF-Root tool for root and recovery.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the tweak you want from here [XDA LINK].
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded file to SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume up, home and power buttons.
Step #5: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #6: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #7: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
