How to install JellyBam ROM for Xperia T LT30p


If you’re looking for a best custom ROMs to taste on your Xperia T, Android development community has cooked a lot of custom ROMs to try, for that it’s a bit difficult task to do so, but some of them are very famous such as CyanogenMod, AOKP and ParanoidAndroid but a senior XDA developer iGio90 has gathered them in a one platform under JellyBam custom ROM for the Xperia T LT30p, so you can consider it a must-have custom ROM for Xperia T, it includes features of all of them I mentioned.

The JellyBam custom ROM is based on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, the fun isn’t over here the custom ROM is flooded with a lot of other features such as custom JellyBam Settings with preferences, Google Apps, Bravia Engine, handy audio Mods, XLoud sound mods, themes, Exynos HWComposer, optimus 4x circle lockscreen, customizable colors and alpha, Mass storage mode, SmoothScrolling tweak Touchwiz Launcher with samsung weather widget, and many more.

Instructions

Step #1: Download the JellyBam custom ROM for Xperia T from here or here.

Step #2: Copy downloaded zip file to your phone’s SD card.

Step #3: Turn your phone off and reboot into recovery mode, to do so reboot phone by holding down volume down and power buttons.

Step #4: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.

Step #5: Perform full wipe, first select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen then select wipe cache and confirm on the next screen. In the end, go to main menu, select “advanced” and wipe Dalvik cache.

Step #6: Return to main menu by selecting “Go Back”.

Step #7: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded ROM zip file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation.

Step #8: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now” to reboot phone.
