How To Install Official TWRP Recovery for Sprint HTC One

Step #1: Download the Fastboot package to your PC.
Step #2: Unzip the downloaded fastboot.zip file into C drive.
Step #3: Download the latest version of TWRP Recovery for Sprint HTC One from here (download .img file).
Step #4: Copy the downloaded .img file to fastboot folder that you have unzipped in C drive earlier.
Step #5: Turn off your HTC One.
Step #6: Reboot your HTC One in fastboot mode, to do so reboot phone by holding down volume down and power buttons until you enter in bootloader mode, in bootloader menus use volume keys to highlight and power button to select the fastboot mode.
Step #7: Once you’re in fastboot mode, plug phone to PC using a USB cable.

fastboot flash recovery “name”.img
