How To Install TWRP Recovery for AT&T HTC One

Make sure your One’s bootloader is unlocked, check this guide to unlock bootloader. Make use of a Windows PC, USB Phone drivers must be installed on computer, you can use HTC Sync to install drivers.

Step #1: Download the Fastboot package to your PC.
Step #2: Unzip the downloaded fastboot.zip file into C drive.
Step #3: Download the latest version of TWRP Recovery for AT&T HTC One from here [XDA Link].
Step #4: Copy the downloaded .img file to fastboot folder that you have unzipped in C drive earlier.
Step #5: Make sure fastboot is unchecked in power options and turn phone completely off
Step #6: Reboot your HTC One in HBOOT first, to do this reboot phone by holding down volume down and power buttons until you enter in bootloader mode, in bootloader menus use volume keys to highlight and power button to select the fastboot mode, it’ll enter your phone in fastboot mode.
Step #7: Once you’re in fastboot mode, plug phone to PC using a USB cable.
Step #8: Open up command prompt, you can get it under start menu>programs>accessories.
Step #9: Issue the following command on command prompt, it will take you to fastboot folder:

fastboot flash recovery “name”.img
Step #12: Once the installation is done, enter following command to reboot phone:
