How To Install TWRP Recovery for T-Mobile HTC One

Step #1: Open power options and uncheck fastboot.
Step #2: Turn your phone completely off.
Step #3: Reboot phone in bootloader mode, to do this, reboot your smartphone by holding down volume down and power buttons, once you’re in bootloader mode, use volume keys to navigate and power buttons to enter, you need to enter in fastboot mode.
Step #4: Download TWRP recovery for T-Mobile HTC One from here.
Step #5: Download Fastboot package from here.
Step #6: Unzip the fastboot zip file to generate fastboot folder, then copy the download .img file of recovery to fastboot folder and then copy the fastboot folder to C drive.
Step #7: Plug phone to PC using the USB cable.
Step #8: Open up command prompt that you can find under start menu>programs>accessories.
Step #9: Enter following command on command prompt, it will navigate you to fastboot folder:
Step #10: Issue following command to start installation:
fastboot flash recovery “name”.img
Step #11: Once the installation is completed, issue following command to reboot phone.
Step #12: Unplug your HTC One from PC.
