Step #1: Download Rooting Package for Xperia P from here.
Step #2: Unzip the Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v21.zip on your desktop.
Step #3: Pick up your Xperia P and enable USB dubbing from Menu> Settings> Application> Development.
Step #4: Plug the phone to PC using a USB cable.
Step #5: Open up RunMe.bat file from the rooting package you just unzipped.
Step #6: Select Normal mode on rooting window.
Step #7: Click on Root button to start rooting.
