Instructions
Step #1: Download the Insecure aboot.img.
Step #2: MD5 of downloaded image should be f4fbc4c5056f62498b378873bf8e3dca.
Step #3: Place the downloaded image file to root of your SD card.
Step #4: On your tablet turn the USB Debugging on, to do so just tap Menu> Settings> Application> Development.
Step #5: Plug your tablet to PC using USB cable.
Step #6: Now from the ADB or Terminal emulator, enter following commands:
For ADB:
adb shell
su
dd if=/sdcard/aboot.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p5
reboot download
For Terminal Enulator:
su
dd if=/sdcard/aboot.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p5
reboot download
That’s it, the bootloader of your Verizon Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 has now been unlocked, enjoy!
