Install A Custom Kernel On Your Android Device [How-To]


Now you can install custom kernel on your Android device, which allows you to overclock your device. Please note that your device should be rooted with custom recovery, and make a backup of your current setting and ROM through recovery, and do the procedure manually. See below steps to install custom Kernel.

Step #1: Launch the Android market application.

Step #2: On search bar, search for kernel manager.

Step #3: Download and install the app.

Step #4: Launch the Kernel Manager application.

Step #5: Select Load kernels (it will automatically load available kernels for your specific device, if available) when prompted for root, select allow.

Step #6: Select the kernel you would like to flash and press Download and Flash Kernel.
