Install Android 4.0.3 ICS CyanogenMod 9 Nightly Build on Galaxy ACE S5830
Samsung Galaxy Ace users would be happy to know that CyanogenMod team has released CyanogenMod 9 nightly build for their smartphone with many stability fixes. The ROM is based on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich, the ROM brings a smooth experience on your Galaxy Ace S5830, read on how to install CyanogenMod 9 Nightly Build on your phone.
Before you start installation first keep in mind that your device must be rooted with ClockworkMod recovery installed its battery should be charged. Make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the ROM from here to PC.
Step #2: Plug the device to PC using USB cable.
Step #3: Transfer the downloaded file to SD card of device.
Step #4: Disconnect the device from PC.
Step #5: Turn the device off.
Step #6: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down Menu button + Power button
Step #8: If you’re on custom ROM, perform wipe, first wipe the data and clear the cache, after that navigate to Advance options and clear the Dalvik cache.
Step #9: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #10: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.” That’s it enjoy!

Yes, you can try a camera app from Google Play app like camera360: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=vStudio.Android.Camera360
