Install Android 4.0.3 on Motorola Razr XT910 Easily [How-To]
If you are a user of Motorola Razr and want to install Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich you are on a right place below you can see step-by-step guide for this purpose. But before you get started make sure that you have manage your valued data in the form of back-up because the below steps can damage your valued data. Make sure that you have Motorola Razr GSM/UMTS (model XT910) EU variant don’t try this for any other device.
And If your phone is previously rooted, create a SU backup using Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper(Android Market link).

Instructions
Step 1
Download the links here and copy the FastBoot package into the ROM you have extracted.
Step 2
Boot in AP FastBoot Mode and connect your RAZR to the PC via USB Data Cable.
Step 3
Execute “FlashME.bat” (Windows) or “FlashNIX.sh” ( for Linux)
Step 5
That’s it Enjoy the update!!

Drear, you need to extract the file on your PC and you’ll get the FlashMe from the file.

There is no flashMe.bat in the archive witch i downloaded from link in instruction number 1.
