Install Android 4.2 CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM for Droid RAZR M
The CyanogenMod 10.1 has made its way to the Motorola Droid RAZR M unofficially, the CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM is packed with a lot of customization options and apps that allow you to optimize the interface of your device according to your personal choice while offering Android 4.2 Jelly Bean features such as Photo Sphere mode for 360 degrees panorama photos, gesture-based keyboard, lockscreen widgets, faster performance, and more, thanks to senior XDA developer dhacker29.
It’s important to note that the Droid RAZR M CyanogenMod 10.1 is still in development stages and many things aren’t working currently such as Audio in-call, NFC, Camera, and Wifi Hotspot. However the developer will hopefully iron out all bugs soon.

Step #1: Download the latest version of CyanogenMod 10.1 ROM and Google Apps package from XDA.
Step #2: Copy both zip files to the SD card of your Motorola Droid RAZR HD.
Step #3: Turn your phone off.
Step #4: Reboot phone, when Motorola splash screen and you see Safestrap screen appear disabled in red, hit recovery button to enter in recovery mode.
Step #5: Press backup button to make a backup, then slide the button to next screen to confirm the action, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state.
Step #6: Step up a ROM slot for CyanogenMod 10.1, press Boot Options in the main Safestrap menu, then tap ROM-Slot-1. Then set the data partition to a minimum of 1GB, it will be enough for you, it may take time.
Step #7: Go to main menu, select “install” and locate the ROM zip file to start installation.
Step #8: Repeat the previous step and install Google Apps package.
Step #9: Select “reboot system” to reboot phone, during rebooting the Safestrap will appear enabled in green, after a few seconds your phone will reboot into CyanogenMod.
