How To Install Android 4.3 update for Galaxy S3 LTE I9305
The Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE GT-I9305 is finally heading to Android 4.3 platform officially. Samsung has skipped the Android 4.2 version and updating Galaxy S3 I9305 directly to Android 4.3 version through OTA I9305XXUEMKC firmware. Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE Android 4.3 update is rolling out phase by phase and currently available just in Germany. It will land to all of countries hopefully soon.
If you cannot wait for OTA notification and KIES or your GS3 is compatible with them due to any reason, you can install update here manually.
Use a Windows computer having phone USB drivers. Disable all system tools such as Samsung KIES, antivirus, firewall program, please make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps, and turn the USB Debugging on, to do so just tap Menu> Settings> Application> Development.

Update: Firmware has been changed but still Android 4.3.
Step #1: Download the Android 4.3 OTA update for Galaxy S3 I9305 from here (File name: File name: I9305XXUEMKC_I9305DBTEMJ4_DBT.zip).
Step #2: Unzip the downloaded zip file into a folder.
Step #3: Download the required Odin3_v3.07_SGSIII.zip to your PC.
Step #4: Unzip the downloaded Odin zip into a folder too.
Step #5: Open the folder where you’ve unzipped above file and run Odin3 v3.07.exe.
Step #6: Turn the device off.
Step #7: Reboot the device into download mode
Step #8: Reboot the device into download mode, to do reboot device by holding down volume down, home and power buttons, when screen turns on, leave these buttons and press the volume up button to enter into download mode.
Step #9: Click on PDA Button and locate .tar.md5 from the folder where you’ve unzipped above files in the step 2. (Note: Don’t make any change, just make sure that re-partition is unchecked).
Step #10: Click on Start button to start installation, once the installation done, your device will reboot itself and you’ll see message saying PASS (Note: If Odin refuse to install the update and show message FAIL, or get stuck, close the Odin and unplug device, then pull out battery from the device for a few seconds. Then put the battery back to the device and reboot into download mode. Then install the firmware again).
Step #11: If your device reboot into normal mode, you’re done, enjoy! But if you device gets stuck at boot screen, you need to perform wipe, to do so, turn off device, then reboot into recovery mode by holding down volume up, home and power buttons, when screen turns on, leave power button but not volume down until you enter in recovery mode. In recovery mode, select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen. Once it done, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
