Thanks to senior XDA developer member jianC for releasing the ClockworkMod recovery 184.108.40.206 for the HTC Rhodium.

Step #1: Download the ClockworkMod Recovery 6.0 (recovery_cwr_220.127.116.11.img) to your PC.
Step #2: Place the downloaded recovery_cwr_18.104.22.168.img file to “Platform-tools” folder which you will get in the “Android” folder in your computer, you can find them at C:\.
Step #3: Plug your HTC Rhodium to the PC using USB cable.
Step #4: Open command prompt and enter following commands:
Adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
