Install CyanogenMod 10 on AT&T Galaxy Note 2
The Galaxy Note 2 has received a lot of custom ROMs in very short time, now the AOSP love has been arrived on the AT&T Galaxy Note 2 via CyanogenMod 10, a senior XDA developer member madmack has ported the CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) to AT&T Galaxy Note unofficially, CM10 is packed with a lot of customizable features that allow you to optimize the interface of your phone while offering useful apps such as Apolo Music player and file manager app.
However the CM10 for AT&T Galaxy Note 2 is still under heavy development and contains a few bugs currently such as the stylus doesn’t work but hopefully the developer will fix many of issues soon, so give it a try to gain stock Android experience.

Be sure to make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Step #2: Transfer both zip files to internal storage to your Note 2.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume up, home and power buttons,
Step #5: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup”, then slide to blue button to confirm the action.
Step #6: Perform full wipe, factory reset and wipe “system”.
Step #7: Return to main menu by selecting “Go Back”.
Step #8: Select “Install” and locate the downloaded ROM file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #9: Once again repeat previous step and install the Google Apps package zip file in the same manner.
Step #10: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now” to reboot your Note 2.
