Install CyanogenMod 10 on Galaxy Note GT-N7000
The CyaogenMod 10 is already has been released for number of Android devices and now also has been ported to Galaxy Note GT-N7000 officially. The CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) is based on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, the ROM brings fully stock Android experience, thanks to recognized XDA developer member XpLoDWilD.
It’s still preview build of CM10, bugs can be expected, FMradio doesn’t work and you may also face problems in sensors. The ROM isn’t ready for daily use, but soon in near future, the developer will release a stable build.
Read on how to install CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) on Galaxy Note N7000. Make sure you’re on CM9 or any other AOSP ROM, ClockworkMod recovery must be installed on your Galaxy Note, make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the latest version of ROM from here [XDA LINK] and Google Apps from here.
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded .zip files to SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume up, home and power buttons.
Step #5: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #6: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #7: Once the ROM .zip file is installed on the device, once again repeat last step and install Google Apps .zip in the same manner.
Step #8: Perform full wipe, first select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen.
Step #9: Select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
