Install CyanogenMod 10 on Galaxy Tab 8.9, It Based on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean
Owners of Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 can now easily upgrade their tablets to the latest Android version, Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean, via CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) that is AOSP (Android Open Source Project) ROM, it provides you fully stock Jelly Bean experience. The ROM gives a better interface, new keyboard, Google Now (voice recognizable app), resizable widgets and other powerful features.
Since the CyanogenMod 10 is in development stages currently, you may face bugs in this build, some features may not work. But it’s ready for try, if you want to taste Jelly Bean, be sure to follow our below step by step guide to install CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on your Galaxy Tab 8.9, the build is for P7300 and P7310, don’t install on any other model.
ClockworkMod recovery should be installed on the tablet and make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the latest version of ROM from here [XDA LINK] and Google Apps from here.
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded file to SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode, to do so, reboot tablet by holding down volume down and power buttons until you see two icons on screen, first icon is for recovery, press volume down button to highlight icon and then press volume up to enter in recovery mode (Note: In recovery mode use volume keys to navigate and power button to select).
Step #5: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #6: Perform full wipe, first select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen.
Step #7: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded ROM .zip file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #8: Repeat the last step to install Google Apps .zip file.
Step #9: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”

Bom dia, baixei a room e a google apps, transferi para a pasta download do tablet, contudo antes faço a limpeza de dados de fabrica e quando vou na pasta onde está a room e clico para instalar a instalação começa e depois da um erro instalação abortada( cancelada ) o que estou fazendo de errado ou o que devo fazer. Obrigado
