Install CyanogenMod 7.2 on Galaxy Ace, Features Galaxy S3 TouchWiz 5 Theme
Another custom ROM for your Samsung Galaxy Ace, “CM7.2 S III”, the ROM is built from CyanogenMod 7.2 and based on Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread, the developer added Galaxy S3 theme to the ROM along with Galaxy S3 fonts, System Sounds, Boot Animation, Clock & Weather Widget, Wallpaper Chooser, and launcher (modified holo launcher). Other features are also impressive such as beats audio, audio FX widget, build.prop tweaks, Google Play music app, Adrenaline Engine and more.The performance is very fast.

Step #1: Download the latest version of ROM from here [XDA Link].
Step #2: Place the .zip file to the internal SD card of phone.
Step #3: Switch off phone and reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down home and power buttons (Note: In recovery mode use volume keys to navigate and power button to select).
Step #4: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #6: Perform wipe, select the wipe data/factory reset, and confirm on the next screen.
Step #7: Return to main menu, there select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded ROM .zip file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #8: Once the installation is done, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
