Install Latest Firmware Version 5.9.905 on Motorola Droid Bionic
A new firmware version 5.9.905 has been leaked for your Motorola Droid Bionic, the firmware isn’t based on latest Google’s mobile operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich but the firmware fixes almost all previous firmware bugs like camera, so if you want to try this latest firmware read on how to install it.
Before you start first charge the device battery, disable all system tools such as Samsung KIES, antivirus, firewall program, please make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps. USB drivers should be installed on your computer, you can download Windows 32-bit drivers form here and Windows 64-bit drivers from here and also download and install RSD Lite 5.6 on PC.

Step #1: Download the 5.9.905 Firmware Zip Package to PC.
Step #2: Plug the device to PC using USB cable and open “RSD Lite”.
Step #3: Now Click on “. . .” button next to the “Filename” and locate the FXZ file.
Step #4: Once the application has read the file, choose the “Uncompress and Start Flashing”. Once th installation is done, device will reboot and install two radio files.
Step #5: Now after the installation, your smartphone will enter into recovery screen or reboot itself, when device enter into recovery mode select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”
