How To Install Official TWRP Recovery on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 [Supported Versions]

Though we can grab many other high-end phablets in the market but many of them are stylus-less. Once you own a stylus, you can quickly make notes, explore directories, play the audios and perform many other good things of life. This is what I have been noticing Galaxy Note is popular for mostly. The Android-powered Galaxy Note 4 brings you a good package of features, but if you are not comfortable with just stock stuff, you can go with unofficial custom ROMs for extra usability. Requirements: Use a computer running on a Windows computer and make sure phone’s USB drivers are installed on the computer. But make sure that KIES and antivirus programs are disabled at the time of installation.

How To Install Official TWRP On Galaxy Note 4
Step #1: Download the TWRP recovery for your Galaxy Note 4 from following links:
Have not seen your model in list? Check TWRP for your model from here.
Step #2: Download Odin3 v3.07 to your PC.
Step #3: Unzip the downloaded Odin3_v3.07.zip file into a folder.
Step #4: Open the folder where you have unzipped above file and run Odin3 v3.07.exe.
Step #5: Turn the device off.
Step #6: Reboot the device into download mode, to do this, reboot the phone by holding down the volume down, home and power buttons.
Step #7: Once you’re in download mode plug the device to PC using USB cable. Odin will detect the device, ID:COM will turn yellow and a message saying ADDED will appear. (Note: If Odin doesn’t detect the device, make sure that the USB drivers are properly installed on your computer).
Step #8: Click on PDA/AP Button and locate tar.md5 from the folder that you downloaded in the first step like (TWRP_2.8.tar) where you have unzipped above files in the step 2. (Note: Don’t make any change, just make sure that re-partition is unchecked).
Step #9: Click on Start button to start installation, once the installation done, your device will reboot itself and you’ll see a message saying PASS (Note: If Odin refuse to install the update and show message FAIL, or get stuck, close the Odin and unplug device, then pull out the battery from the device for a few seconds. Then put the battery back to the device and reboot into download mode. Then install the firmware again.
Step #10: Unplug phone from PC.
That’s it, you are done.
