But some users reported a network appear issue, might be Samsung is blocking devices from using the app. But now they no need to worry about the issue, a fix has been found for the issue, thanks to XDA developer BlackElvis79.
To fix the issue, first of all uninstall the original S Voice app that you’ve installed and make sure that your device is running the latest Google’s mobile operating system “Ice Cream Sandwich”. Then Download the new S Voice APK and transfer the it to the device’s external or internal SD card. Then on your device go to Setting then Applications and there enable the Unknown sources. Now open the file manager app and locate the downloaded apk file that you’ve transferred and tap on it, it’ll begin the installation. That’s it.
Now hopefully you’ll not face any error on the app. You can also visit the original thread here to donate the developer for this effort if you want and don’t forget to comment below to show your thoughts about this fix.
