Learn How-To Install Custom Kernel for the HTC JetStream
If you are user of HTC JetStream and want to install custom kernel for this device, you are on a right place below you can see the step-by-step guide for this purpose. Now you need to connect the device to a PC.
Copy the kernel image to the location of fastboot.exe in the Android SDK.
After that Reboot the device into fastboot mode and open command prompt or a terminal to enter the following command:
fastboot flash boot kernelname.img
adb reboot recovery
When the device reboots into recovery wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache.
Now Navigate to install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard and select the WiFi module.
When installed, simply reboot the device.
