Step 1

First of all you need to download the latest update zip file from here and copy it to your TouchPad and then simply push and hold the Power Button to raise the shutdown menu.

Step 2

Later select the Reboot option and also select the option to reboot to recovery.

Step 3

Now I’d like to say that TouchPad should shut down and after that reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery.

Step 4

Now you need to tap the home button to select “install zip from sdcard.” And then select the “choose zip from sdcard” option that you have seen on the following screen.

Step 5

Now make use of the volume keys to scroll down to the file you have desire to install. It should have a name like update-cm-9.0.0-RC0-Touchpad-alpha2-fullofbugs.zip.

Step 6

Now on the following screen scroll down and select “yes.”

Step 7

When this DONE, select the option to reboot your system and CyanogenMod 9 Alpha 2 should load.
