If you are a user of Motorola Photon 4G and want to install MIUI 4 you are on a right place below you can see a guide for this purpose. Before you get started make sure that you have manage your valued data in the form of back-up because the below steps can damage your valued data. Also make sure that your phone battery is charge at least 60% because it’s important.

Turn on USB Debugging, on your homescreen tap Menu> Settings> Application> Development. Then, make sure that USB debugging is checked. You also need Motorola Photon 4G Rooted and Clockworkmod recovery installed.

Steps To Follow

Step 1

First of all download the Rom from here to your PC and then using USB Data Cable connect device to PC and copy the file to the SD card and simply disconnect your device.

Step 3

Then Turn Off your device and boot your device into recovery mode.

Step 4

In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of existing ROM, if anything should not work out something expected on this ROM, it will helps you to easily revert back to your current state, to create select “Backup and Restore”, and on the screen that follows select “Backup” again.

Step 5

Now do a full wipe by selecting Mount and Storage then wipe the following:

• Format System
• Format Data
• Format Cache
• Go back to main menu and select advance then wipe dalvik-cache.

Step 6

From the main menu select install zip from SD card> choose zip from SD card> after that select the miuiv4.3.zip to start flashing the MIUI 4 ROM.

Step 7

In the end Go Back to main menu and select Reboot system now.
