Learn How To Unlock Nexus 7 Bootloader
So the Google Nexus 7 is finally in your hands and you’re thing what should do with your newly purchased tablet, if you like the customization on you devices, the first thing you have to do is unlocking the bootloader of the tablet it will enable you to install custom recoveries, custom roms, apply hanks and much more.
Before you do anything first keep in mind that unlocking bootloader will void the device warranty, so think before you proceed. Follow the below guide to unlock bootloader first make sure that Android SDK are installed on your computer, you can follow this guide to install Android SDK. Make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps and turn the USB Debugging on, to do so just tap Menu> Settings> Application> Development.

Step #1: Plug your Nexus 7 with computer.
Step #2: Open Terminal / Command Prompt, then navigate to the fastboot folder which will be inside the location where Android SDK is installed (On Windows, it should be in C:\), if you’re using Windows 7, you can open command prompt directly from the folder, to do so open the folder, there hold down shift button on keyboard, then right click on any empty aria of folder, a menu will appear, select open command prompt.
Step #3: Enter the following command on command prompt:
fastboot oem unlock
Then follow prompts on device to unlock bootloader. Once above installation is done, reboot your device by entering following command:
