Fantastic news for the owners of HTC Desire, a brand new custom ROM based on Ice Cream Sandwich. it’s stable and has lots of features, with Gingerbread Android 2.3, just follow below instructions to install this ROM, but first bear in mind that to install this ROM your device should be rooted with CloclworkMod recovery installed. Please make a backup of your data, because this procedure will wipe all data.

Installation

Step #1: First download the ROM from here  to your PC.

Step #2: Connect the device to PC using USB cable.

Step #3: Copy the downloaded file in to external SD card of your device.

Step #4: Turn off the device  and reboots the system in recovery mode. You can do this by pressing the volume down and power simultaneously.

Step #5: Now in recovery mode,  click on “ Wipe data / factory reset ”and” Wipe Cache partition ”.

Step #6: From the menu, select “ install zip from SD card ”and then” choose zip from SD card “ .

Step #7: After that choose the zip file downloaded. After selecting the file, the installation will start.

Step #8: After installation, the device will display the recovery mode. Select “ Reboot system now ”to restart the phone. You will notice that this time to reset the device will take longer, is normal.

Step #9: That’s it, enjoy!
