First of all you need to open the Smart Actions Application and click on the green + at the top right of the screen.

Now you need to Choose “Add a sample” (you may want to start from scratch when you get more familiar with the application) and select the sample rule that most closely resembles the action you want to achieve.

Step 3

Now you need to select any of the triggers or actions to customize them.

Step 4

Click the + where it says “Triggers” to add additional triggers

Step 5

Then you need to click the + where it says “Actions” to add additional things you want to happen when that rule is turned on.

Step 6

In the end, select “Add Rule” at the bottom of the screen to save that new rule.
