Remove Music Controls From Notification Bar on LG Optimus 3D [How-To]
Those of you own a LG Optimus 3D, have seen the music controls notification bar that is really useful to quickly control your music playback but it also waste your space when you don’t listen to music much or you love to use other media players and when you remove the stock music player, it also doesn’t remove these controls but now a solution is available, an easy to follow guide is now available that removes music controls from your notification.
So if you want to get your space back, take look at below guide to remove music controls from the notification bar. You just need to extract and decompile the SystemUI.apk file.

Step #1: First of all, you need to get your SystemUI.apk from your ROM.
Step #2: Now decompile the SystemUI.apk (Note: If you don’t know, how to decompile the apk file, follow this guide to learn).
Step #3: Now open /res/Layout/indi_music_control_bar.xml
Step #4: The end of second line from android:layout_height=”77.32999dip into android:layout_height=”0.0dip.
Step #5: Compile the file, again follow the guide give in step 2 to recompile.
Step #6: Replace the old systemui.apk.
Step #7: Reboot your phone.
