Root and Install ClockworkMod Recovery on Galaxy ACE PLUS S7500


Have you purchased the Galaxy ACE PLUS S7500 and now want to customize the device? Well! Here’s something interesting for you, a root tool has been released for your Galaxy ACE PLUS, which means now can install everything which require Samsung privileges. The root tool also install the ClockworkMod recovery on your new Samsung smartphone.

Follow below guide to root and install recovery but first but keep in mind that your device must be charged. Disable all system tools such as Samsung KIES, antivirus, firewall program, please make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps, and turn the USB Debugging on, to do so just tap Menu> Settings> Application> Development. USB drivers must be installed on PC.

Instructions

Step #1: Download following files to PC: rooting packageOdin – Rooting Tar file

Step #2: Transfer the downloaded rooting package to the root of device’s SD card.

Step #3: Turn the device off.

Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down Volume up key, Home button and power button.

Step #5: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.

Step #6: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now.”

Step #7: Run Odin that you’ve downloaded in first step.

Step #8: Turn the device off.

Step #9: Reboot the device into download mode by pressing Volume Down + Home + Power buttons.

Step #10: Once you’re in download mode plug the device to PC using USB cable. Odin will detect the device, ID:COM will turn yellow and a message saying ADDED will appear.

Step #11: Click on PDA Button and locate the tar file that you’ve downloaded in first step.

Step #12: Click on Start button to start installation, once the installation done, your device will reboot itself and you’ll see message saying PASS.

Step #13: That’s it, unplug the device from PC and enjoy!
