Root Transformer TF300T on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
Not a while ago, ASUS released Android 4.1 Jelly Bean firmware update for the Transformer Pad TF300T and as you most of you know well that new update voids root access, so those of you have installed the Jelly Bean update on their Transformer TF300T and now looking for root, your search is over here, here’s a guide how to root Transformer Pad TF300T on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Make sure that ClockworkMod recovery or TWRP recovery is installed on your tablet, you can follow our this guide to install ClockworkMod recovery and this guide to install TWRP recovery.

Instructions
Step #1: Download Rooting Package.
Step #2: Transfer the downloaded .zip file to the internal SD card of device.
Step #3: Turn the device off.
Step #4: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down Volume down and power button, when a message saying “Press Vol. Up to enter RCK (5s)” appears on the device, press volume up button and device will enter into recovery mode (Note: In recovery mode use volume keys to navigate and power button to select).
Step #5: Select “Install Zip from SD Card” then “Choose Zip from SD Card” or “Install” and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred in above step and confirm installation. Wait till installation complete.
Step #6: Once the installation is completed, select “Go Back” after that select “Reboot System Now/Reboot System.”
That’s it, your device is rooted now, you just need to install SuperSu app, simply go to Google Play Store, there search for SuperSu app and install it on your tablet. This app will allow you to grant root access for root-required apps. Once the app is installed, launch the app, then press OK when it asked, it will update SU binary.
