Step #1: Download the 15 seconds ADB installer package from here [XDA Link].
Step #2: Fire up the adb-setup-14.2.exe file and follow what’s on the screen. If you do not understand, it is just to input of ‘y’ to confirm the action. Answer with ‘yes’ in first two screens and ‘no’ in the third step.
Step #3: Once ADB is installed on your computer, enable developer options on your smart watch. Go to Settings>About>locate build number and then tap seven times on this number and you should get a message you have become a developer. Later, go back to settings and there look for developer options button and tap on it, then tap on ADB debugging to enable this.
Step #4: With working ADB on computer, fire up command prompt on your computer and issue following command and press enter:
adb shell screencap -p /sdcard/screenshot.png
Step #5: The screenshot of your smartwatch has been saved to internal memory but you can issue following command to computer (saving to ‘C’ drive:
adb pull /sdcard/screenshot.png C:/
Step #6: You are done.
