TakeControl: Control Your HTC Sensation’s Performance
It’s great to have ability to tune the CPU of any device. Here’s a dual core mode called TakeControl for your HTC Sensation, this mod enables you to control the performance of your device like battery performance. It features Xtreme Performance, Xtreme BatteryLife, good Performance and balanced. Thanks to XDA developer member xXxPachaxXx who developed this mod. Xtereme performance turns on the dual core system of device, xtreme battery file will turn on mono-core, and balanced will gives you stock CPU performance.
So if you want to boost the performance of your device, this tool if especially for you, follow the below guide to install the MOD. But first keep in mind that the mod work on HTC Sensation running Android 2.3 or higher. Your device must be rooted with ClockworkMod recovery installed, on your device turn the Fastboot option off from setting menu and lastly make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use file expert app to backup apps.

Step #1: Download desired file for your HTC Sensation:
Step #2: Plug the device to your PC using USB cable.
Step #3: Transfer the downloaded file to the root of your device’s SD card.
Step #4: Disconnect the device from PC and turn it Off.
Step #5: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume down and power button.
Step #6: Now in recovery mode select apply an update from your SD card and locate the downloaded file that you’ve transferred to start installation.
Step #7: Reboot the device.
