Android 5.0 Lollipop ported to Motorola Defy [a big surprise?]
There are number of lower end and older devices we have seen. We may have forgotten many of them but some are still worthy. Even some of them can run the latest Android’s Lollipop OS such as the Motorola Defy. This smartphone has already been enjoying a good history in XDA’s development and still enjoyable. When it was launched, people claimed that this phone could be a good option for photographers and media lover. But they were sad because of older version of Android. The four year old Moto Defy was announced with Android 2.1. But it gained success with the passage of time, not officially but at least unofficially. Thanks to XDA, Android 5.0 Lollipop has been ported to Motorola Defy.
I admit this Lollipop ROM for Motorola Defy may contain so many bugs because this is initial release. But does this prevent you to give Lollipop ROM a try? The development community is working to get you comfortable with your Defy, so do not panic. Use TWRP custom recovery and load this awesome custom ROM on your lovely Motorola’s phone, once the ROM is available.
