CyanogenMod 12 Ported To Galaxy Note Edge SM-N915F Unofficially
The cutting-edge design feels like a something different. The Galaxy Note Edge packs almost same internals you can find on the Note 4. But it was arrived running on KitKat. Later, Samsung started updating the phone to Lollipop so you can live with latest trends. But if you are not willing to use traditional TouchWiz UI and like something like stock ROM, the unofficial development community has taken your wish in its home and produced a build of CyanogenMod 12, in result.
The Samsung Note Edge has not seen very serious development. I found just a few people to pay attention on this device. For AOSP-based ROM lovers, XDA’s community have ported the CyanogenMod 12, as I said above, for this phablet. Since it is unofficial build, it may contain some bugs to irritate you in some moments. But we hope the developer will make it more stable with the passage of time, hopefully.
Do note that this custom firmware is already rooted. So do not try to flash the SuperSU application after installing ROM. The developer says that cause some issues. For details about this Galaxy Note Edge CyanogenMod 12 build, you can visit the original thread of XDA.
