Galaxy S3 Receives Official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean firmware Update – Here’s Change Log
After a long wait, the official Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S3 is here, we saw a lots of leak OTA updates and rumored news about Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update, Samsung has finally just started rolling out it for its flagship smartphone Galaxy S3.
The Korean company rolled out the update firstly in Poland, the first lucky country, if you live in Poland and own a Galaxy S3, quickly pick up your phone, connect the phone to a Wi-Fi, then go to setting and check for OTA 4.1.1 update notification, yes, you’re thinking true, you can get the update via KIES too and the most important thing you should do keep in mind before upgrading your phone is battery, make sure your device battery is charged up to 50% as Samsung recommended it.
The official Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean firmware update comes with an impressive list of change log, as people reported that it improves the performance, it makes the UI smooth as butter along with best frame rate, as we expected, it adds the Google Now app, I used the Google Now on Nexus 7 and now it’s one of my favorite search app, I prefer it on the S-Voice app.
It adds a smarter keyboard that support voice typing even when you’re offline and an advanced notification bar with expandable notifications. It also improve the setting organization, you can resize the popup play window now and use more fast web browser. This update will replace your S memo app with the S note app.
