People will be able to open your documents, play videos and more. All stuff you share will remains right the stream, people are able to view it within the stream, now when you’ll open your Google Drive, you’ll get a option to share your files on Google Plus (you’ll see Google+ icon), however it’s important to note that this won’t work on your private document, so first set them to public or anyone if you want to share them.

It’s a helpful feature for those of you who use Google Drive regularly but not Google Plus, it makes you able to be an active Google+ user.
