Samsung won another case against Apple in German
Not a while ago Apple won the rubber-banding patent (Patent No, 7,469,381) against Samsung and received $1billion from Korean company but as we posted that according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office it was invalid and here’s another good news for Samsung.
Apple has just lost another case in Dutch court against Samsung, jury said that Samsung didn’t infringe the Apple patent in touch techniques, the news comes right from the court in the Netherlands. Apple said that Samsung has copied some touch techniques of Apple devices in Galaxy series but Apple lost this case and now Apple has to pay 216.000 euro to Samsung, it seems that Apple cases against the Korean company aren’t useful and Apple will face lose again in near future, it’s also a good effect for Samsung in U.S.
Apple is trying to beat Android gadgets in different ways as Apple compared its new iPad mini to Nexus 7 in yesterday event where Apple showed three new devices – iMac mini, iPad 4 and iPad mini, Apple’s compassion between Nexus 7 and iPad seems like a jock because Nexus 7 is packed with a decent punch of specs and it’s cheaper than the iPad mini too.
