Dacor announces Wall Oven that runs Android 4.0.3 at CES

Last year there was news that we would see Android-powered home devices such as refrigerator, oven, etc and on this CES Dacor (California home device manufacturer) has announced an Android-powered wall-oven. This is thirty-inch smart oven that is powered by a 7-inch screen (Discovery IQ controller), the smart oven runs Android operating system – Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The Docor Discovery IQ Controller wall oven is packed with a bit powerful specs that are not really but enough to make you happy, Dacor is using Samsung S5PV210 1GHz processor to power up the smart oven and there’s also a 512MB RAM. The oven feature 16GB internal storage that can be upgraded to 48GB. The oven offers 7-inch display featuring 800×480 resolution and you can connect the oven to internet using a Wi-Fi connection.

HTC Releases Ice Cream Sandwich Update for HTC Sensation XL
